WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept FPX, Visa, MasterCard & offline bank transfer for all orders.

ARE ALL THE ITEMS READY STOCK?

All our items are ready stock unless stated Sold Out/Backorder in the product descriptions.

WHAT IS BACKORDER?

Backorder items are our sold out bestsellers that are currently in production. These items will be restock upon demand. All payment must be made for your backorder to be confirmed. Please note that if you have backorder item(s) in your order, the whole order will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when all items on the order are available. If you wish the ready stock item(s) to be shipped first, kindly contact us at here. Please note that additional postage fees might be charged.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I’VE PLACED IT?

We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure it's processed and delivered promptly. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received. Please double check your order details before making a payment to complete your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS / INFO?

Your changes only can be made when the parcel has not been shipped yet. Please drop us a message on Instagram or email us at here with your order details and new shipping info.
 
Please note that we are not able to change the shipping info once they had been shipped, in this event please contact the courier company and reference your tracking number for any special delivery requests.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do ship to Singapore and Brunei. There'll be more destinations added in the future. Stay tuned!

WILL YOUR JEWELLERY CAUSE SKIN ALLERGY?

Most of our jewellery are hypoallergenic and they are suitable for most people. However, we cannot 100% guarantee that our jewellery will not cause allergies to anyone, as everyone’s physique is different. But we can guarantee our jewellery is all high quality. We highly recommend that if you are very prone to allergies, you can purchase jewellery made of stainless steel or 925 sterling silver. If you have a strong preference for gold-plated jewellery, ensure that you remove them before bedtime.

WILL YOUR JEWELLERY GET TARNISH?

It depends on the jewellery’s material that you purchase. Different materials have their own care instructions. As long as the jewellery is maintained normally, our high quality jewellery will not tarnish easily. With proper maintenance, colour retention will not be an issue. CAN I WEAR YOUR JEWELLERY WHILE TAKING A SHOWER / SWIMMING?

Our jewellery are sterling silver or stainless steel bases metal, free of cadmium, nickel and lead. Therefore, our jewellery is generally safe to wear with water usage. But do note that your jewellery prolonged exposure to water and chemicals such as perfumes, sunscreen/hair spray or lotions will cause a mild fade over times. We strongly advise removing your jewellery before swimming or showering to maintain its luster and prolong life.
